missingWrote a review on Sept 22spacious suitewaterfront viewgreat locationinsufficient pool towels
We loved the spacious suite with a separate living room, ideal for my family. The beautiful waterfront view was perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the local vibe.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use more towels for families.

I had a comfortable bed in a spacious room which actually made it hard to leave- that’s a rarity! Plus, the private parking made everything easy, no stress of searching for a spot and the shuttle guy was super nice like really friendly, made my day a bit better!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that’s the price you pay for a decent place.

It was just an optimal selection for a city escape in Charleston with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was friendly and quickly helped us change our room when we had plumbing issues. Check the room and plumbing before settling in.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with the amazing indoor pool and cozy double beds that felt just right after a long day. The pool was such a chill spot, perfect for unwinding, even if the dining options were a bit limited nearby. Make sure to check out the snack pantry for late-night cravings! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 13spacious suitewaterfront viewuncomfortable bedbreakfast confusionservice inconsistency
The suite had a spacious layout with a lovely waterfront view, making it perfect for entertaining. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to various restaurants and bars. However, the bed was less than comfortable, leading to a restless night’s sleep, and breakfast inclusion was confusing, though eventually resolved by staff. One standout dining recommendation is a nearby place known for its unique pizzas, which added a delightful local flavor to the visit.

Great Location, Needs Some TLC
We enjoyed our stay but felt the rooms were dated. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked about local attractions. The on-site restaurant offered decent meals. If you don’t mind some retro charm, it’s worth a visit! Consider requesting a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay.

great staff but room maintenance needs work
The staff were extremely helpful, particularly Inez at the front desk, who promptly addressed all my concerns. I appreciated her willingness to adjust my bill after some inconveniences during my stay.
The room had several maintenance issues that took away from my overall experience.
